What We Are Looking For
Strong experience leading full-stack engineering teams building Data Intensive Saa S products, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered applications.
Proven hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architectures.
Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, Java Script, Type Script, Node.js, Express.js, and API-driven application development.
Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and performance tuning using My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, and Redis.
Experience managing engineering teams consisting of Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, Dev Ops Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and AI Engineers.
Good understanding of Generative AI, LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and AI product development.
Strong experience with software architecture, code quality, engineering processes, sprint planning, and delivery management.
Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end engineering delivery across frontend, backend, cloud, database, Dev Ops, and AI initiatives.
Define and review application architecture, technology stack decisions, scalability strategies, and engineering best practices.
Drive development of Saa S platforms, customer-facing applications, internal systems, APIs, and AI-powered products.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Dev Ops, AI, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Oversee development using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, cloud services, databases, and modern engineering frameworks.
Mentor engineering teams through code reviews, technical guidance, performance management, and career development.
Ensure application security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, sprint execution, risk mitigation, and release management.
Drive adoption of AI technologies, engineering automation, Dev Ops best practices, and development productivity improvements.
Establish engineering KPIs, development standards, documentation practices, and delivery excellence.
Qualifications
10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3–5 years in Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Delivery Leadership roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Java Script, Type Script, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development.
Practical experience with My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, and database architecture.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment, monitoring, scaling, and cloud infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Dev Ops practices.
Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based applications using Open AI, Claude, Gemini, Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar frameworks.
Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex software products.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, engineering metrics, and project management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
