Technical Manager (Java/J2EE)

Experience - 15 Year Mandatory Skillset: Technical Manager (Java/J2EE), Spring Framework, Springboot, Structs, Microservices, API Integrations, Restful Webservices, React.JS, Redux, Flux, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, DevOps, OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker/Container, Agile methodologies, AWS Services (EC2, S3 Buckets, EKS), Terraform

Key Responsibilities:

• To design and manage delivery of product / project and sustenance as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology.
• To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team.
• To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
• To guide and mentor a team of developers for successful delivery of project.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years' experience in IT & hands on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE background including a minimum of 8 years in API (Restful Webservices) and micro services development, using leading methodologies and processes.
• Proficient and technical expertise in Spring framework, Springboot, Structs, OR equivalent frameworks.
• Proven experience in technical project management, technical solution, and planning to wide range across the technology.
• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, React.JS, Redux frameworks.
• Proficient with Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker/ Containers
• Professional experience prior working in Agile methodologies & insurance domain exposure.
