  • What we're looking for
  • 9+ years of experience in application and user interface development,
  • programming, and AI using Microsoft .NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET, and .NET
  • Core Blazor
  • SQL/PL SQL with Oracle and SQL Server
  • MVC and Web API
  • HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Healthcare IT systems with specific Membership domain experience
    • What you should expect in this role
  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the 48-contiguous
    • United States.
  • Would require working during the central time zone.
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%).
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel
    • as required.

  • Automation & Workflow Enhancement Identify opportunities to automate
    • workflows and optimize business processes using AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience developing, deploying and finetuning LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude or
    • similar) for real world applications including prompt engineering, model
    • optimization and inference efficiency.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into
    • AI-driven solutions.
    • What we're looking for
  • 9+ years of experience in Application Development, programming and AI,
  • Extensive AI/ML Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on
    • work with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like
    • TensorFlow and PyTorch; experienced with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude) including
    • prompt engineering and optimization.
  • Scalable Deployment Skills: Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),
    • MLOps practices, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL).
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong problem-solving abilities with a plus for experience in
  • healthcare AI and understanding of regulatory standards like HIPAA and CMS.
