As Technical Project Manager, you will oversee project execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of current product features and ongoing enhancements. You will be deeply involved in planning, execution, UAT, release management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. Your strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies will be essential to your success.
What you will do :
- Manage the product backlog, collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize features for sprints.
- Partner with business/brand leadership to define objectives, identify stakeholders, and establish a communication strategy.
- Oversee vendors, manage project plans and budgets, and triage service requests in collaboration with the DDX Program Leader.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, brand partners, and vendors, providing regular status updates on DDX progress.
- Proactively identify, log, track, and escalate risks, actions, and dependencies using a RAID log.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and audit requirements.
- Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and facilitate follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical resources to understand technical enhancement requests and proposed solutions.
- Review and validate business and technical enhancements, considering extensibility and privacy implications.
- Manage financial tracking, including actuals and forecasts, using advanced Excel skills.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting the operations of a major cloud technology solution, preferably a Big Data platform.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with Big Data platforms, Databricks, AWS, SFMC, Reltio, PowerBI and strong SQL skills is a plus.
