This role will leads the end-to-end technical integration and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring seamless coordination across design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness phases. This role drives cross-functional alignment, manages technical risks and interfaces, and ensures all critical systems are successfully integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to stakeholders.

Description
* Lead technical integration activities across Design, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
* Coordinate and manage interfaces between Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom, Security, BMS, PMS, and ELV systems to ensure successful system integration.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, design changes, and cross-disciplinary interface issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to achieve alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
* Support commissioning planning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), startup activities, and final project handover.
* Review technical documents, engineering submissions, testing procedures, method statements, and commissioning deliverables for quality and compliance.
* Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and drive timely decision-making to maintain project schedules and performance targets.
* Capture lessons learned, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and promote best practices for future projects.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale engineering, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
* Strong knowledge of systems integration, commissioning, testing, and technical project delivery across multiple engineering disciplines.
* Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, technical leadership, and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
* Professional certifications such as Uptime ATD, CDCP, LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
