If you thrive on turning complex challenges into creative solutions and want your work to spark joy for millions around the world - *this is your chance to make an impact that truly stacks up!*## Core Responsibilities The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) ensures timely delivery of digital infrastructure and platform projects and programs. Orchestrate complex and large programs, ensuring outcomes are clear, measurable, and meet overall success criteria across multiple teams.* Establish transparency across risks, dependencies, and technical constraints, collaborating with teams to proactively mitigate issues.* Facilitate alignment between teams and stakeholders, ensuring blockers are removed quickly, and decision paths are clear.* Shape clear, compelling program narratives, helping senior stakeholders understand purpose, progress, risks, and tradeoffs.* Partner closely with product teams and key stakeholders to define program goals, shared outcomes, and delivery expectations.* Create and maintain high-quality program plans, including roadmaps, dependency maps, delivery milestones, and rollout approaches.* Model excellent collaboration, structure, and delivery discipline, acting as an informal leader who elevates TPM craft standards across the department.## Play your part in our team succeeding Be part of the TPM team in Delivery & Onsite Technology – Digital Platforms & Infrastructure (DPI) area, providing secure, scalable, and modern device, cloud and digital infrastructure services for our workforce.We bring structure, communication excellence, and rigorous delivery practices to ensure our most important programs achieve their intended outcomes.Our strategic programs portfolio spans from digital infrastructure implementation in new factories and offices, fueling an API based architecture or removal of technical dept. We have several exciting programs running, with global and strategic impact, helping the LEGO Group differentiate our digital consumer experience.This role is based at our newly expanded LEGO manufacturing site in Monterrey, Mexico. The ideal candidate is hard-working and will need to have technical experience or background, e.g. experience in technology consulting, education in computer science, infrastructure/software engineering, technical project/program management, or similar. Added to that, thrive in ambiguity and capable of bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to uncertain environments.You're passionate about building something meaningful — the kind of complex, challenging programs that others might shy away from. Have a talent for snapping complicated trade-offs (cost, time, scope, quality) into clear, actionable choices, and you communicate with confidence whether you're rallying your team or presenting to senior stakeholders.
