Technical Program Manager - Engineering Applications
Costa Mesa, California, United States
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
About The Team
ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. It connects the full lifecycle, from concept to build to field feedback, into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. That environment includes not just the software used to design, plan, and execute work, but also the factory-facing infrastructure that connects operators, machines, test systems, and OT networks into the same adaptive Build Chain. It is not a support function, but rather a strategic investment by Anduril that the operating system of the hardware lifecycle is how we win. It will be one of the mechanisms by which Anduril out-builds, out-adapts, and out-scales the traditional defense industrial base. We are looking for an Engineering Solutions Application Engineer to work with our team of developers and partner with cross functional teams across the company to develop customizations, optimize workflows and ensure engineering tools do not limit the speed of engineering design.
About The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for helping product and program teams maximize the value they get out of the engineering tools and systems they use on a daily basis (CAD, CAE, Requirements tools etc.). You will work across a broad set of stakeholders to design, develop, and implement improvements and optimizations to our engineering systems while helping steer future investments. Beyond optimizing existing tools, this individual will also have a hand in helping operate a portfolio of internal products, vendor pilots, platform decisions, integrations, upgrades, and KTLO initiatives.
