Job Description Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired Required Skills: Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles (5+ years) Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand Client strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, from individual contributors to senior executives Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired (5+ years) Familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML concepts is a plus Duties: Drive and own the program plan, including tying the business unit, portfolio and program strategy together Use influence to help teams understand how the program fits into the overall strategy Prioritize initiatives within the program and surface risks and trade-offs as well as recommendations to the stakeholders Communicate the program plan, status and risk to wide-ranging audiences, visually communicating goals of the program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria Lead cross-functional dependency management for assigned programs Breakdown and organize the program into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned Drive the status and reporting structure in a manner that is consistent with both Agile principles and the needs of the program Develop decision-making principles and recommendations for decisions Identify risks, develop a risk mitigation plan and gain buy-in from stakeholders Use data, principles and risk mitigation to assess progress to plan
