Lead Technical Program Manager

Google Cloud is in the midst of transforming Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product vulnerability management in a world where AI agents are getting better and better at discovering latent security vulnerabilities and, in many cases, dramatically reducing the time to weaponize high-severity vulnerabilities. You will serve as a strategic leader capable of navigating a high-velocity environment and building scalable, sustainable Security programs. This role requires an expert at navigating ambiguity, driving execution, and partnering with senior leadership within Cloud and across other organizations.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $240000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted program owner for critical Cloud-wide, cross-functional security programs in the areas of vulnerability management and security enforcement.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and security leadership to define, shape, and evolve the long-term roadmap and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with Cloud CISO risk and compliance, cloud product security leads, Core, and PSS to drive alignment and land impactful changes for the organization's security needs.
  • Apply deep technical, business, and program management expertise to identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across products and infrastructure.
  • Drive clarity and strategic decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear communication and visibility on progress, dependencies, and risks to engineering teams and leadership.
