Must have very good healthcare background.
This is a specialized technical program management role, not an administrative or general coordination role. It requires the judgment to understand engineering tradeoffs, implementation dependencies, regulated data workflows, compliance/security considerations, and delivery risk. The role focuses on technology delivery and does not involve direct clinical care.
What You'll Do
Agile delivery & engineering cadence. Implement and run Scrum/agile ceremonies for the engineering department; establish operating rhythms, quality gates, and release-readiness reviews.
Stakeholder governance. Stand up and run recurring sessions across business, product, and engineering; own decision logs, risk/dependency tracking, and follow-through; translate ambiguous priorities into structured delivery plans.
Roadmap governance. Partner with product and engineering leadership on technology roadmaps, milestone and release plans, dependency maps, and sequencing.
Enterprise client implementation (technology workstream). Partner with the overall client onboarding lead to drive the technology and engineering side of enterprise client onboarding and platform implementations - technical discovery, integration and implementation planning, engineering requirements alignment, integration dependency tracking, technical launch readiness, and post-launch technical stabilization - supported by repeatable technical playbooks, templates, and checklists.
Acquisition integration (technology workstream). Drive the technology side of acquisition and new-company onboarding, partnering with the overall integration lead - systems assessment, data-workflow review, SaaS/tooling inventory, integration dependency mapping, security/compliance readiness, technical implementation sequencing, and operational handoff.
Compliance, security & data. Coordinate with product, engineering, data, compliance, and security stakeholders to ensure technology programs account for healthcare data workflows, privacy, HIPAA-aligned controls, audit-readiness, access/workflow considerations, and secure operational handoff. Maintain delivery dashboards, risk/issue/dependency logs, decision logs, and readiness checkpoints.
Technical tooling coordination. Coordinate technical tooling adoption, SaaS platform implementation dependencies, vendor integration needs, workflow readiness, access/process considerations, and operational handoff for tools used by product, engineering, implementation, and business teams. This responsibility is limited to technical tooling coordination and operational adoption; it is not general procurement, clerical, or non-technical support.
