We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive system health initiatives across multiple Wearables product lines. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in consumer device product development and the ability to collaborate effectively across software, hardware, and product management teams to deliver high-quality products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build detailed execution plans. Oversight of scope definition and management aligned to requirements, time estimating, program schedule development and tracking, status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, and communications across multiple organizational levels.
  • Lead cross-functional metric reviews to drive resolution of top technical issues and mitigate launch blockers.
  • Oversee crash triage by monitoring dashboards, analyzing data, and maintaining rigorous stability tracking.
  • Manage release readiness to ensure all software meets stability gates and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for triage workflows and documentation of best practices.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Senior engineering and TPMs to define long-term strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end plans for device system health.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager managing software for consumer device programs from inception to production
  • Experience owning launch metrics and driving engineering teams, as well as experience managing complex programs with high interdependency and navigating risks within rigid deadlines.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of software development and product development processes and best practices.
  • Experience in managing multiple programs concurrently.
  • Experience in communicating program status, risks and planned mitigations to technical experts and leadership.
  • Experience working on battery life, silicon, power performance, firmware, embedded software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or other project management certifications are a plus
  • Prior FAANG/Big Tech

Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA [Onsite/Hybrid]

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $104,000 $156,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
