Job Description
Technical Project/Program Manager (TPM) with about 5+ years of experience
Key Tech skills supporting open source distributed applications and cloud migration efforts
Strong communications skills + getting organized
Execution, execution, execution
Driver mentality detailed oriented
Understanding of software engineering, big data and/or cloud
Working in fast paced environment escalations strong collaborator
Excellent communication skills manage meetings, handle client success folks and sales stakeholders
Ability to connect with developers
Driver ask questions, be proactive
Operations experience upgrades, maintenance windows, tickets
SNOW, Kanban, ITSM, JIRA experience
Willing to learn, great attitude
