Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Payments & Financial Services Technology
Location: Remote Role
Duration: 12 + months contract with extension
Payrate: $45 to $47/hr. on W2
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong software/engineering background to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of Technical Program/Program Management experience
- Strong software engineering/technical acumen
- Proven experience with Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
- Experience with system architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and software development
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-team programs
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI/GenAI tools is highly preferred
- Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau/Looker/Power BI experience is a plus
