Insight Global are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a leading global gaming and technology organisation. This role will support a large-scale Enterprise Network Services function, driving project execution across cloud, on-premises, and enterprise networking initiatives while ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned and focused on successful delivery.


This is a fully remote position based in the UK. This is a contract position (Inside IR35) starting at 9 months with strong possibility for extensions.


The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead a portfolio of technical initiatives, partnering with engineering leaders to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with responsibility for project planning, reporting, executive communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Must-Have Requirements Include:

  • Strong experience leading complex technical project or programme delivery within enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing infrastructure-focused initiatives across cloud, networking, data centre, or enterprise technology domains.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts across both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Experience coordinating multiple highly technical teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships quickly and influence across technical and business teams.
  • Experience creating project plans, status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
  • Strong risk management and dependency tracking experience.


Pluses Include:

  • Deep understanding of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, connectivity, cloud networking, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Experience working with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve project planning, reporting, and delivery processes.
  • Background supporting large-scale planning events, workshops, retrospectives, and team offsites.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within technical delivery organisations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent technical projects across Enterprise Network Services and related infrastructure teams.
  • Partner with engineering leaders and stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, reporting frameworks, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, prioritisation meetings, status updates, and cross-functional project reviews.
  • Communicate project risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and strategic planning events.
  • Produce clear project documentation, dashboards, and executive communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
