Responsibilities - Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs
- Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
- Maintains a perspective on impact of changes required for implementation
- Leads development and documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of technical and regulatory solutions
- Defines scope for complex, cross-team projects with high impact
- Leads coordination efforts with some leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements
- Often exceeds purpose and quality requirements
- Has positive impact to specific organizational entities and understands the nature of that impact
