Technical Program Manager

Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join inDrive and help coordinate cross-functional product teams, drive delivery processes, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team efficiency and product development performance across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of several product teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines
Working closely with Engineering manager and team members to create products and achieve tangible impact throughout the development lifecycle
Managing project schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity
Facilitating project or program-level events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3–6 years in roles: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery/Program management, or a similar role in product/tech environments.
Hands-on experience in product development (working with engineering and product teams, not just theory).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and when to use which.
Confident with tools: Jira/Confluence (Atlassian), Miro, Google Docs/Sheets, and related tracking/reporting systems. Proficiency in AI tooling would be a plus (e.g., AI for analysis, documentation, facilitation prep, automation)
Able to work independently: identify problems, structure ambiguity, and drive solutions end-to-end.
Excellent communication: facilitation, stakeholder management, and crisp written updates.
Technical background is a plus (engineering, analytics, systems thinking).
