Overview
Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the re-architecture of the fraud platform and drive the development of robust Fraud Rule solutions that enable transaction-level decisioning, alerting, and notifications. Business Rules leverage scoring models, behavioral data, and agile rule development capabilities to deliver intelligent fraud prevention solutions across the payment ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Experience managing large-scale migrations.
- Manage one or two Scrum teams through the end-to-end product pipeline and delivery in an Agile environment.
- Own working backwards documents and product vision for one or more features.
- Elicit and decompose business requirements into platform requirements and user stories.
- Contribute to platform product portfolio and roadmap development.
- Prioritize backlog and define acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities for internal and external customers.
- Own and maintain product documentation to ensure clarity and usability across engineering teams.
- Utilize research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions and backlog prioritization.
- Identify, manage, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor feature development and adjust implementation plans as needed.
- Strong experience with JIRA, Domo, and AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience driving large-scale migrations.
- Experience developing and launching products and technologies.
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining and building cloud-native software products and platforms at scale.
- Strong understanding of technical and operational product characteristics.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Rally, etc.).
- Flexible work style with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
