Lead Technical Program Manager: Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional initiatives
ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks
for the organization. Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
across multiple streams, proactively identifying signals before incidents occur. Analyze existing data across enterprise tools
to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse
for scalable solutions. Build and customize Power Apps
to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
to senior leadership. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
in a technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse
(data modeling and flows). Expertise in Power Apps
(custom application development). Advanced Power BI skills
(reporting, dashboards, and
DAX ). Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Desired: Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
