REFRAME SYSTEMS PROGRAM MANAGER

Through our vertically integrated delivery model and highly automated microfactories, we deliver climate-resilient homes and buildings with greater speed and predictability than traditional construction. Our volumetric modular buildings are produced in our Andover, MA microfactory, with a growing pipeline across North America and a new microfactory on the way. This is a cross-functional program management role. You are Reframe's risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects.
You maintain the single source of truth on where every project stands across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement. Your job is to make sure the right people have the right information at the right time and that risks surface weeks before they become expensive surprises.
This role reports to the Head of Systems Design and Engineering. You will own a portfolio of 5+ concurrent projects from contract through field delivery.
