APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Seattle, USA. Lead enterprise‑scale technical programs at APPIT Software's Seattle hub, driving cross‑functional delivery of platform initiatives with global engineering teams.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic technical programs that span engineering, infrastructure, and product organizations globally
- Define program governance frameworks, milestone criteria, and quality gates for complex multi‑quarter initiatives
- Drive architectural decisions and technical trade‑off discussions across distributed engineering teams
- Build and maintain executive‑-facing program dashboards with clear risk and opportunity narratives
- Mentor junior TPMs and establish best practices for technical program management across the organization
- Partner with VP‑level stakeholders to align program priorities with company OKRs and strategic goals
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software or cloud platforms
- Deep technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and infrastructure at scale
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale programs (12+ months, 5+ teams) on time and within scope
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing programs with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platform migrations or large‑scale re‑platforming initiatives
- PgMP or SAFe Program Consultant certification
- Background in cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
