Technical Program Manager (TPM) – eCommerce | Airtable | SDLC
Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration: Initial 2-month contract with strong potential to extend through December (and beyond, based on performance)
We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives for a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business , driving complex initiatives from concept through launch while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs across the full SDLC.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Drive planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and release coordination.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Leverage Airtable to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Senior Program Manager.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Product and Engineering organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Airtable (workflows, automation, reporting, or process optimization).
- Experience leading technology initiatives from concept through production.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within technology, SaaS, or eCommerce environments is highly desirable.

- Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum
- Automation or AI-enabled workflow experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale product organizations
