Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location: Noida The role of the Technical Program Manager begins as soon as a company client's sales cycle is completed. A TPM serves as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them from "after sales" to "live implementation." At the very least, TPMs are designed to handle a few single-digit customers at a time. Responsibilities & Duties Card91’s SPOC for the client’s business and technical team Coordination of the client's business, technical and design teams with Card91's business, technical and design teams Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal’s demonstrations to the client’s teams Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client’s and Card91’s end to facilitate seamless integration and testing Supervise testing on various platforms, QA and UAT, as well as sign off on the client's API integration Responsible for overall Technical Implementation along with creating and maintaining the Project Tracker Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics. Total Experience of 3 to 5 Years. 2 to 5 years of experience in API development and integrations.
