Role: Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description:
Our TPMs conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple, simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our Scrum execution model. In this role, you may drive the execution of a feature through the full stack or may drive a project which spans multiple teams and integrations, reporting meaningful status along the way. expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless technology, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model. Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
- Experience with managing large migrations
- Manage 1 or 2 scrum teams end to product pipeline and deliveries in Agile environment.
- Owns the working backwards document and vision for one or more features.
- Elicits and decomposes business requirements into platform requirements and user stories.
- Contributes on the platform product portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories.?
- Work closely with the engineering teams to roll out the platform capabilities that our internal and external customer’s desire.
- Owns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams.
- Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product and to inform the backlog.
- Actively addresses and removes impediments, risks, and dependencies so that the team can remain focused on achieving the goals of the iterations.?
- Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation as needed.
- Strong Experience with using JIRA, domo, AI tools
Responsibilities:
- Experience driving large scale migrations
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies.
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a cloud platform at scale
- Like to dive deep into the technical and operational characteristics of the product
- Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
- Proven track record of data-driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Rally, etc.)
- Flexible work style with the ability to quickly pivot to new priorities.?
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationships, collaborative, and organizational skills.?
- Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing teams while commanding the respect of the individuals on the team
- Strong experience with JIRA, domo, AI tools.
Required Education:
- BS in engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
