We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our dynamic cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact, complex technical projects from concept to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and exceptional results
- Craft comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate with engineering, product management, and other teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful outcomes
- Communicate status, progress, and challenges of projects to stakeholders, including senior management
- Facilitate team collaboration and foster a culture of transparency and accountability
- Drive enhancements in project management processes and methodologies
- Align project goals with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal use of resources
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to address complex issues and make informed decisions
- Foster collaboration across teams for cohesive project execution and knowledge sharing
- Manage vendor relationships to align with project objectives and timelines
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role within a tech-driven landscape
- Background in software development, systems engineering, or similar technical fields
- Showcase of excellent project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects effectively
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and other project management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Capability to solve problems analytically and think critically
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, SDLC, and DevOps beneficial
- PMP, PgMP, or other related certifications are a plus
- Excellent command of the English language at a C1 level
