Job Description & Skill Requirement:- Program Management for Telecom Delivery and Care programs - at least 3 year's experience in this role- ·Create and maintain program and project schedules- ·Track program and project issues through resolution using an Action Item Register- ·Coordinate OEM & Telco laboratory entry and exit activities- ·Coordinate FOA & production site entry and exit activities- ·Manage project and program scope, budgets and costs- ·Oversee Project Managers assigned to the program and project execution activitiesSkillset- ·PMP Certified- ·Strong team handling skills and able to work with cross cultural and multi-geography teams- ·Detail oriented approach to tracking timelines and follow ups closely- ·Able to work with Telco customers and ensure delivery with customer delight- ·Ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystem and handle dependencies without schedule impact- ·Strong reporting skills to customer and to managementQualification:- Engg Degree
