Technology Operations Program Coordinator – responsible for driving the execution of key cross‑functional technology initiatives at both global and local levels, focusing on technology governance, execution tracking, operational resilience, and transformation delivery.

Responsibilities
Technology Security Improvement Coordination
Drive the execution of security improvement initiatives across global and local teams.
Track technology risks, incidents, remediation plans, and mitigation activities.
Monitor delivery milestones, dependencies, blockers, and escalation points.
Ensure alignment with global cybersecurity standards and reporting requirements.
Prepare consolidated reporting for senior technology leadership.
Facilitate governance forums and follow up on remediation actions.
Application Decommissioning Coordination
Lead coordination of local application and platform decommissioning initiatives.
Support transitions from local solutions to integral products or retirement due to risk, cost, or obsolescence.
Maintain consolidated roadmaps including milestones, ownership, and dependencies.
Coordinate across application owners, product teams, cybersecurity, architecture, and operations.
Track execution progress, risks, blockers, and expected business/operational benefits.
Ensure governance and reporting consistency across all initiatives.
Technology Operations Excellence
Coordinate definition and reporting of operational technology metrics.
Support standardized reporting (incidents, availability, MTTR, operational risks, service health, resilience KPIs).
Establish governance practices, reporting cadences, and ownership models.
Drive visibility on operational performance and risk trends.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on resilience and stability.
Coordinate cross‑team initiatives to improve incident management maturity and service reliability.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of experience.
Strong experience in technology program coordination and governance with proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams and geographies.
Solid understanding of Enterprise applications, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT operations & service management, Operational resilience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong experience in executive reporting and communication.
Structured mindset with experience in Planning & governance, Dependency & risk management, Escalation handling.
Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations.
English B2/C1 level.
