We're placing 4 Senior Technical Program Managers on a 12+ month contract at a Fortune 500 financial services company in the middle of one of the most ambitious technology transformations in the industry — AI-native development, full DevOps modernization, infrastructure re-platforming, and platform engineering, all at once.
These are not status-report roles. You'll own programs that measurably change how engineers build, ship, and operate software at enterprise scale

Engineering Excellence (×2) — Fully Remote Drive DORA metrics programs, AI tool adoption, internal developer platforms, value stream mapping, and technical debt retirement as a funded priority. You measure success in deployment frequency and MTTR — not slide decks.
Infrastructure Engineering (×2) — Hybrid | Orange County, CA Own end-to-end cloud infrastructure programs: AWS modernization, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/IaC, DevSecOps, FinOps, and ServiceNow ITSM delivery. You're credible in a room of cloud engineers — not just the person scheduling their meetin
What both tracks require: → 8+ years TPM, with real transformation program delivery (not just BAU) → AWS depth and DevOps/cloud program experience → Agile/SAFe delivery at program scale → The ability to walk into an engineering org and earn trust
