Technical Program Manager
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $60 to $65/hr on W2 all inclusive.
Role Description:
Oversee and directly manage multiple specialized and various functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Technology Project Management etc.) and be responsible for seamless management of ongoing infrastructure support shared services, communicating the technology organization's overall book of work, and managing expectations for all stakeholders.
Acts as the single or primary point of engagement for overall planning and demand partner management discussions with business leaders technology partners and is involved in demand intake, capacity forecasting, project system or platform lifecycle management, and technology delivery and/or service delivery relationship.
Manage cross-functional team of IT professionals to support assigned business clients internal partners stakeholder needs and requirements.

Project Management Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills:
8-10 years experience in end-to-end delivery and management from a technology perspective
8-10 years executing large and complex projects in a distributed systems technology ecosystem
8-10 years project planning management, product owner support, process management improvement
8-10 years experience leading projects of various sizes and complexity in a distributed systems technology ecosystem
8-10 years experience managing a project budget including internal team resource allocations as well as external vendor statements of work
8-10 years experience with thinking strategically and be comfortable with presenting ideas to various stakeholders
8-10 years defining project goals and scope, planning and documenting project task, managing project resources, ensuring deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
8-10 years demonstrating effective communication with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring project progress, and taking corrective action when necessary to guarantee project success
5-7 years experience with AgileScrum Methodologies
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Good knowledge of Retail Banking Collections Recovery space preferred
Prior experience in Banking domain with TDM role will be preferred
