Senior Technical Program Manager
Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms from concept through mass production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and global contract manufacturers to ensure successful product launches.
- Drive hardware validation, design reviews, and DFM/DFA/DFT initiatives to improve manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to deliver programs on time and within budget.
- Oversee PCBA development, product characterization, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues, optimize costs, and improve production efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as Arena, Jira, Valor, and CAD to track program progress, documentation, and product lifecycle activities.
- Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring high-quality hardware products meet business and customer requirements.
