  • Management of the project schedule: Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of the program as defined in the program charter/scope
  • Manage and resolve changes to the project schedule
  • Ensure all in-scope upgrades are accounted for in the schedule
  • Project status and progress reporting
  • Develop and manage the complete view of the overall program to the organization and all stakeholders, at all levels, including executive management at the highest level
  • Proactively communicate the program’s progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout program lifecycle. Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions
Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

  • 10 years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework, knowledge groups & life cycle.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
  • Proficient with Project Management tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Experience leading Infrastructure programs such as Technical Refresh, Cloud Migration, Data Center Consolidation
  • Experience working with physical, virtual and cloud environments on multiple technology stacks (Windows, Linux)
  • Experience with modernization/upgrade of servers and databases
  • Coordinating provisioning, installation and configuration of complex systems (Application and infrastructure)
  • Establishing and optimizing delivery processes
  • Coordinating program activities across GalaxE, client and 3rd party resources.
  • Strong Knowledge of concepts like CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Shell Scripting (Preference for Python, bash)
  • Strong Knowledge Tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, Containers and Kubernetes and Helm Charts and Orchestration.
  • Strong Knowledge of automation tools Ansible, Terraform
  • Strong Knowledge of Azure Cloud Deployments and Automation Architecture development and maintenance.
  • Strong Knowledge of Pipeline creation from scratch and troubleshooting cloud configurations issues.
  • Strong Knowledge of distributed systems, Service-Oriented Architectures.
  • Strong Knowledge of coding principles such as refactoring, unit testing, and writing clear and modular code.
  • Strong Background in Linux and Windows Administration
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum team environments.
  • Overall 12+years of experience and should have handled projects in Fintech area.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
