Management of the project schedule: Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of the program as defined in the program charter/scope
Manage and resolve changes to the project schedule
Ensure all in-scope upgrades are accounted for in the schedule
Project status and progress reporting
Develop and manage the complete view of the overall program to the organization and all stakeholders, at all levels, including executive management at the highest level
Proactively communicate the program’s progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout program lifecycle. Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions

Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

10 years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience
Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework, knowledge groups & life cycle.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
Proficient with Project Management tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Excellent executive-level communication skills (verbal, written)
Experience leading Infrastructure programs such as Technical Refresh, Cloud Migration, Data Center Consolidation
Experience working with physical, virtual and cloud environments on multiple technology stacks (Windows, Linux)
Experience with modernization/upgrade of servers and databases
Coordinating provisioning, installation and configuration of complex systems (Application and infrastructure)
Establishing and optimizing delivery processes
Coordinating program activities across GalaxE, client and 3rd party resources.
Strong Knowledge of concepts like CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Shell Scripting (Preference for Python, bash)
Strong Knowledge Tools like Azure DevOps, Docker, Containers and Kubernetes and Helm Charts and Orchestration.
Strong Knowledge of automation tools Ansible, Terraform
Strong Knowledge of Azure Cloud Deployments and Automation Architecture development and maintenance.
Strong Knowledge of Pipeline creation from scratch and troubleshooting cloud configurations issues.
Strong Knowledge of distributed systems, Service-Oriented Architectures.
Strong Knowledge of coding principles such as refactoring, unit testing, and writing clear and modular code.
Strong Background in Linux and Windows Administration
Experience working in Agile/Scrum team environments.
Overall 12+years of experience and should have handled projects in Fintech area.
