Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: Collegeville, PA (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $84.00 - $89.50/hour (W2)

Alphanumeric is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to support our client of more than 20 years, a global leader committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical innovation.
In this highly visible role, you'll partner with Product Managers and engineering leaders to drive the successful delivery of complex enterprise application initiatives. You'll lead cross-functional programs spanning software engineering, cloud platforms, data technologies, and external partners while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale, multi-track technical programs across engineering, cloud, data, and third-party teams.
- Partner with Product Managers to develop realistic delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
- Turn ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined project plans and actionable workstreams.
- Drive program governance, documentation, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering organizations to ensure successful delivery.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and project health while communicating status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and standardized delivery processes that are repeatable, compliant, and auditable.
- Ensure projects are delivered quickly without compromising quality, governance, or operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing enterprise software or application engineering programs.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.
- Strong Agile program and project management experience.
- Hands-on experience administering and utilizing Atlassian tools, including:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Advanced Roadmaps (Portfolio)
- Jira automation and related plugins
- Experience with project governance, resource planning, capacity planning, and delivery reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise application engineering organizations.
- Cloud platform and data engineering program experience.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
