About the right team member :
You're a natural problem-solver, always looking for ways to enhance processes and workflows. Whether validating a hypothesis or learning from it, you approach problem-solving with a methodical mindset. You're passionate about leveraging technology to optimize tools and identifying new solutions to address internal challenges. Data is your ally—you know how to interpret it and use it to tell compelling stories about process improvements that benefit both the CX team and customers. You embrace change and are skilled at communicating the need for it to stakeholders, effectively driving alignment and buy-in for new initiatives.
About the role :
- Oversee daily operations across various platforms and tools (e.g., Bot, Salesforce) that support both the CX team and B2B customers.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions by understanding stakeholders' objectives, developing detailed requirements, conducting RFPs when needed, and defining necessary integrations for end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to maximize the potential of existing tools and seamlessly integrate new solutions into the CX ecosystem.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer self-service options, reducing friction for both customers and CX Associates.
- Partner with the Enablement team to design and deliver training that educates the CX team on the process improvements you champion.
- Represent the CX team in cross-functional projects, ensuring that designs and workflows improve CX Associates' efficiency and the customer experience.
- Act as the go-to expert on internal defects, quantify their impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address these issues.
- This is an Independent Contributor role.
Skills & experience :
- Proficiency in Salesforce. :
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets and familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, and Excel .
- Self-motivated problem-solver who can independently navigate challenges and get things done.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, identifying operational bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions, and tracking results.
- Thrives in managing programs or initiatives from start to finish.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. :
- Proven experience working with technical teams and translating business requirements into practical solutions for cross-functional teams.
