Job Title
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of engineering process, CAD and PLM application
- Expert knowledge of Program Management methods
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the company.
- Ability to influence, drive alignment among stakeholders
