Why this role exis

Engineering at Ai Sensy runs as multiple product squads — Agents, Ads, Messaging, Mobile, Partner, Billing, Internal Tools, and Infra — shipping in parallel. As we scale, we need someone who owns the rhythm of how we ship: turning priorities into well-scoped, owned work, keeping every squad's delivery predictable, and making sure dependencies between teams don't quietly become bottlenec
ks. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll be the connective tissue across engineering — the person who makes sure the right things get built, on time, with clarity — so founders and engineering leads can focus on direction instead of day-to-day coordinati
on.
What you'l
- l do Own the end-to-end delivery cadence across engineering squads — sprint planning, standups, reviews, and re
- tros. Translate product and business priorities into clearly scoped, well-owned tickets before work begins, so every engineer knows the why and the
- what. Drive ruthless hygiene in our project management system (Linear) — clean statuses, accurate estimates, single-threaded ownership, and a real path from Backlog to Shi
- pped. Identify, track, and unblock cross-squad dependencies before they slow deli
- very. Build and maintain delivery dashboards — velocity, predictability, cycle time, and what's actually ship
- ping. Run release planning and coordination across squads for major laun
- ches. Surface risks early, escalate clearly, and keep stakeholders aligned on timel
- ines. Continuously improve our engineering operating system — workflows, estimation, and squad rit
uals.
What we're looki
- ng for5–8+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years as a TPM / Program Manager in a fast-paced product or B2 B Saa S co
- mpany. A proven track record of driving delivery across multiple engineering teams shipping in par
- allel. Fluency with modern project management tools (Linear, Jira) and agile/scrum practices — and strong opinions on how to run them
- well. Strong technical literacy — you can hold your own with engineers, understand trade-offs, and ask the right questions (you don't need to
- code). Exceptional organization and communication — you bring structure to ambiguity and make complex programs legible to eve
- ryone. A genuine bias for action and ownership — you chase clarity, drive accountability, and don't wait to be
told.
