We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) – QA Tester to support dogfood testing programs by driving issue consolidation, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and program execution. This role combines hands-on QA analysis with TPM responsibilities, ensuring user feedback and bug reports are effectively tracked, prioritized, communicated, and actioned across engineering and program teams.
Position Summary

This role combines hands-on QA analysis with TPM responsibilities, ensuring user feedback and bug reports are effectively tracked, prioritized, communicated, and actioned across engineering and program teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Program Management
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, project tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to identify risks, drive action items, and deliver against timelines.
QA & Issue Management
Experience working with bug tracking systems and issue triage processes.
Ability to analyze defects, identify trends, and drive quality improvements.
Familiarity with software development and testing lifecycles.
Data Analysis
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets including:
Formulas and functions
Data cleaning and manipulation
Filtering and sorting
Pivot tables
Reporting and chart creation
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to summarize complex technical feedback into concise executive-level updates.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working at Google as a TVC (Temporary Vendor Contractor).
Hands-on experience with:
Buganizer
Google Sheets
Google Docs
Google Groups
Internal dashboards and reporting tools
Prior experience supporting large-scale product testing, dogfood programs, or quality initiatives.
Exposure to technical program management, release management, or engineering operations.
