Technical Program Manager

If you are passionate about improving workflows and helping technical teams succeed, this is the role for you. You will be working with the Audience Targeting & Optimization team, which consults stakeholders org-wide on Clients complex customer data to curate audience models for critical product announcements and complex omnichannel marketing campaigns. Their scope enables Clients to drive pipeline for prospects, scale revenue for customers, and maintain legal compliance for critical product updates.

About the Role:

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish defining scope, managing dependencies and risks, and engaging stakeholders at the right level and time. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across Clients to plan requirements, identify risks, and ensure our ecosystem initiatives are delivered effectively and at scale.

Beyond individual projects, you'll drive the evolution of our project work into repeatable, scalable programs that define how Clients engages with its ecosystem going forward. You'll build a framework of these programs internally, partnering with other teams to incorporate best practices into their own workflows and documentation building operational excellence that outlasts any single initiative.

On Your First Day, We'll Expect You To Have:

  • 5 years of program management experience involving close collaboration across teams, including the use of project tracking tools and content management tools
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to gain an understanding and empathy for data science, engineering, and product marketing needs
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and influencing other teams and stakeholders
  • An adaptive mindset and ability to navigate unforeseen blockers and dependencies
  • Strong organization skills, such that you can promote, define, refine, and carry out lightweight processes that fit our culture and values
  • Openness to a transparent communication culture that values contributions and feedback from other individuals and teams

It's Great, But Not Required, If You Have:

  • Work experience in a global software organization
  • Clients tooling experience at an administrative implementation level (Jira, JSM, Confluence, etc.)
  • Experience in customer or third-party developer-facing roles and in setting up programs to engage with them
  • Experience working with a geographically distributed team
