Solution IT Inc. is looking for Technical Program Manager for one of its clients in Sunnyvale, CA
Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage new feature tracking and progress, test requests, helping the team to land features on time and quality.
- Manage, triage, monitor and report on bugs from multiple sources.
- Draft of release notes and update known issues in coordination with TPM Leads and the QA team.
- Prepare feature demos and collect feedback and do proper follow up.
- Reporting automation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management business management, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development
- Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with SW engineers and report to senior managers.
- Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
- Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
- Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
- Familiarity with testing process, test plan creation, and the concepts of Sanity and Regression testing.
- Excellent skills in thinking through customer scenarios - Good analytical skills.
- Familiarity with release processes, with a focus on feature release, milestone release, and internal and external communication management.
- Technical background with scripting or coding experience. (For example in languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript, or other modern languages).
- Technical background handling devices.
Work Site: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 3 days to office)
