Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead execution and delivery of complex ASIC/SoC programs across Physical Design, DFT, STA, and Synthesis domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with program management skills to drive schedule, quality, and cross-functional execution from planning through tapeout.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple ASIC/SoC programs.
- Drive program schedules, milestones, risk mitigation, and execution metrics.
- Collaborate with Physical Design, STA, DFT, Synthesis, RTL, CAD, and Validation teams to ensure seamless tapeout execution.
- Track block-level and full-chip closure activities, ensuring schedule and quality targets are met.
- Manage dependencies, drive issue resolution, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers.
- Lead technical reviews and coordinate resources across multiple projects.
- Drive continuous improvements in methodologies, productivity, and execution efficiency.
Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in ASIC/SoC development with strong exposure to Physical Design, STA, DFT, and Synthesis.
- Multiple successful tapeouts at advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm preferred).
- Strong understanding of floorplanning, PnR, timing closure, DFT implementation, synthesis, and signoff flows.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer engagements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and scripting (Tcl/Python preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large SoC programs across multiple geographies.
- Strong background in execution management, risk management, and customer-facing delivery.
- PMP/IPMA or equivalent program management certifications are a plus.
