Role Description
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will serve as the primary bridge between our Product Development Team (PH) and Project Stakeholders (US) . This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, aligned with requirements, and meet quality standards.
You will manage communication, track progress across multiple projects, and ensure that development workflows are streamlined and executed effectively within an agile environment. This role requires both technical understanding and strong coordination skills .
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordinator between the US-based project owners and the PH-based development team
- Translate project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and blockers
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards before final release
- Conduct basic QA and functional testing of developed systems prior to handoff
- Work closely with developers to ensure alignment with agile workflows and sprint goals
- Manage and organize tasks using Jira (or similar tools), ensuring proper ticketing and documentation
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize delivery and team efficiency
- Support cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth handoff, deployment, and post-release monitoring of projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and requirements
- Experience in system testing / QA validation is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willing to work early shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) or other schedules aligned with US time zones
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Vue.js, etc.)
- Exposure to API integrations and system architecture
- Experience working with remote or cross-border teams
- Interest or experience in Generative AI tools and workflows
