About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives across a Marketplace ecosystem — including unified account systems, CIAM integrations, and AI capabilities. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross‑platform dependencies.

What You Will Do Lead end‑to‑end program management for large, cross‑team Marketplace initiatives Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs Translate high‑level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines Understand system‑level architecture and cross‑platform dependencies to effectively coordinate execution Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies Manage and prioritize a portfolio/backlog of initiatives aligned with business goals Coordinate cross‑functional roadmaps and ensure consistent delivery across teams Own key program artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reporting, documentation) Support and manage TPM/PM contractor capacity across multiple initiatives Ensure delivery against Marketplace OKRs (growth, efficiency, and KTLO/run‑operate goals) Maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization Must Haves 4+ years of experience in Program Management roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
