Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex technical and operational programs from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, risk/change management, vendor coordination, SLO/SLA tracking, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop program charters, plans, milestones, schedules, and task trackers.
- Drive cross-functional program execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and change logs.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and internal engineering/business stakeholders.
- Track bugs and feature requests against P0/P1/P2 SLO requirements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Develop communication, implementation, and training plans.
- Identify process improvements and provide strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management.
- Strong experience in risk management, change management, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing vendors/suppliers and cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience with SLA/SLO, bug/issue tracking, and escalation management.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred
FAANG/MAANG experience is highly preferred,
Candidates with Google supplier/vendor experience and strong technical program management backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
