Location: Redmond WA Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location

We are looking for an early?career Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong Python development background to drive system?level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role focuses on automation, data?driven program management, and cross?functional delivery within firmware/BSP?enabled systems.

Must?Have Skills:

• Strong Python development experience, including building tools, scripts, or automation
• Hands?on experience with automation, validation workflows, or data analysis
• Technical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery
• Working knowledge of firmware, BSP?dependent systems, drivers, or OS integration
• Experience tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and releases
• Ability to translate technical details into clear program plans and status updates
• Strong cross?functional communication with engineering, validation, and partner teams
