Location: Redmond, WA (Day 1 Onsite)

We are looking for an early-career Technical Program Manager with a strong hands-on Python development background to drive system-level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role emphasizes automation, data-driven program management, and cross-functional delivery within firmware/BSP-enabled systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on Python developer background with proven coding expertise
• Experience building tools, scripts, automation frameworks, or data pipelines
• Comfortable writing, reviewing, and debugging production-quality code
• Career transition from Python developer to TPM
• Started as a developer or automation engineer and moved into a Technical Program Manager role
• Maintains a builder mindset while driving program execution
• Hands-on experience with automation, validation workflows, CI/CD, or data analysis
• Technical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs
• Working knowledge of firmware, BSP-dependent systems, device drivers, or OS integration
• Experience tracking and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and release readiness
• Ability to translate deep technical details into clear program plans, metrics, and status updates
• Strong cross-functional communication with firmware, OS, validation, and partner engineering teams
