Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience delivering software solutions for business problems, third-party software solutions, third-party business tools or product implementation.
- Experience with software and product development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience leading complex software implementations across global and cross-functional teams, particularly around data center projects.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in process optimization techniques in large-scale organizations.
- Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction.
- Ability to work with engineering for product implementation to successfully deliver business tools and systems in a dynamic environment.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Google Data Centers (GDC) is responsible for the construction, engineering, operations, environmental management, and sustainability of Google's data centers. The Technology Optimization and Platform Solutions team within GDC enables our business users with reliable systems, tools, and efficient business processes to improve overall efficiency of GDC. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
