Role: Technical Program/Project Manager
Location: Newar, DE & Wilmington, DE
Hiring Mode: Contract role
Key job Responsibilities :
- Drive end to end program delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Develop detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, status reports, and communication frameworks.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers-proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross functional meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements, architecture impacts, and solution trade offs.
- Understand APIs, systems design, data flows, and cloud architectures to effectively guide technical discussions.
- Translate complex technical information into clear business insights for leadership.
- Serve as the primary contact for program status, issues, planning, and communications.
- Influence senior leaders and decision makers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across engineering, product, design, operations, security, and support teams.
- Establish and improve scalable processes, best practices, and governance structures.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Track KPIs and metrics to measure program health and performance.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or technical product roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing large scale, complex, cross functional programs.
- Experience in Data Conversion and Data Migration Programs
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Needs to be proactive & owns delivery
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
