Technical Programme Manager
Parser is seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to join our growing team in New York City. This role combines strategic programme delivery with hands-on business analysis, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical programmes from inception through delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, and constraints
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Utilize Linear or similar project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and maintain transparency
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency
- Coordinate enterprise integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms
- Work with healthcare payers and providers to understand industry-specific requirements and compliance needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical programme management, delivery management, or business analysis roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
- Extensive experience working directly with software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience running Scrum teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive results under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Linear project management platform
- Background in enterprise integration projects (APIs, middleware, data integration)
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly working with payers (insurance companies) and providers (hospitals, clinics)
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance requirements (HIPAA)
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar
- Experience with technical documentation and requirements management tools
