Main responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans.
  • Develop and/or review the 3D modeling of complementary disciplines, ensuring proper coordination and clash detection across all systems.
  • Ensure full alignment and compatibility between all design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow up on outstanding items with external designers, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical guidance to the architectural team during project development.
  • Support the construction team with technical input during field execution.
  • Assist in technical decisions related to finishes, materials, and equipment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering project development and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable technical standards and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with high-end residential projects and earthworks/earthmoving will be considered a plus.
