About the Role
Egnoto is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager who can act as the bridge between clients, management, and the development team. This is a hands-on role requiring both project management expertise and technical understanding of web and software development projects.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client communication, leading project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical discussions, particularly in backend and web application development. Egnoto is a digital solutions provider specializing in web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, CRM/ERP solutions, and custom software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and designers.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and backend development planning.
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Conduct client meetings, status updates, and project presentations.
- Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Support management in operational planning and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, or Technical Program Management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, APIs, databases, or related technologies.
- Experience managing web applications, mobile apps, CRM/ERP, or custom software projects.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in software development.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, system integrations, and DevOps workflows.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
