Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project or Program Manager to join the Execution Readiness Team supporting a leading hyperscaler client. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing the readiness and coordination of some of the group's 40+ active construction projects across global data center infrastructure. While not directly managing all projects, the candidate will provide strategic oversight, technical guidance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful execution.
You will:
- Support execution readiness across a portfolio of 40+ data center construction projects
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate risks related to technical scope, schedule, and resource planning
- Review and validate engineering designs and construction plans for readiness and compliance
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between hyperscaler stakeholders and external partners
- Track and report on project health, readiness status, and escalation items
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation standards
