Description
* Provide technical support for petrochemical and refining units before and after commissioning.
* Monitor unit performance and analyse operational data.
* Assist customers with troubleshooting and process optimisation.
* Support site start-ups, inspections, catalyst loading, and activation activities.
* Prepare technical reports, procedures, and service documentation.
* Deliver technical training sessions for customers.
* Collaborate with regional technical experts and commercial teams.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Profile
* achelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
* Understanding of petrochemical processes and unit operations.
* Minimum 1 year of refining or petrochemical operational experience is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
* Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel frequently for customer and project support activities.
